Inspection Information:

Inspection Page (With no pending tasks)

Inspection Details:

The first section, Inspection Details, provides comprehensive information about the inspection, including the name, type, location, contact email, mode, date issued, and the scheduled inspection date, with the provision for a PRB user to edit the client details as needed.

Inspection Tasks:

The Inspection Tasks section dynamically displays the relevant task component based on the current stage of the inspection process, ranging from scheduling approvals and issuing Notices of Inspection and Monitoring (NIM), to reviewing inspection requirements and finalizing the inspection summary, ensuring that each step is meticulously tracked and actioned appropriately.

Below are the list of tasks to be anticipated by the PRB:

  1. Scheduling - PRB: This task involves the PRB user scheduling the inspection. The system allows for capturing a requested date and reason if rescheduling is necessary, and the PRB user must approve the final date.

  2. IMWPR (Inspection and Monitoring Work Pre-Review): If the inspection date is on or after the current date, this task is activated. It involves a pre-review process where the inspection details are finalized before the actual inspection takes place.

  3. For NIM (Notice of Inspection and Monitoring): This task is for issuing the NIM to the client. It is a critical step where the client is formally notified about the upcoming inspection.

  4. Review Inspection Requirements: At this stage, the client may be required to upload certain documents or meet specific requirements before the inspection can proceed. This task ensures that all prerequisites for the inspection are reviewed and met.

  5. Finished: Once all tasks are completed, the inspection summary is compiled. This summary provides an overview of the inspection, including outcomes and any follow-up actions that may be required.

  6. Pending/Waiting: If there are any tasks that are not yet started or are in progress, they will be listed as pending or waiting, indicating that these tasks are in queue and will be addressed in due course.

Each of these tasks represents a critical step in the inspection workflow and requires specific actions and responses from the PRB user or other stakeholders involved in the inspection process. Expanding on each task will involve detailing the procedures, responsibilities, and expected outcomes associated with them.

We're going to expound more on each tasks within the next pages.
