POST-INSPECTION

1. PRB shall enter the information required under the Inspection and Monitoring Work Program and Report (IMWPR) Annex C. The PRB shall tag the establishment/HEI either Compliant, Non-Compliant or For Compliance within 10 working days after the scheduled inspection.

2. RO shall enter the information required under the Inspection and Monitoring Administrative Tool (IMAT) (Annex E) and upload the Verification Statement (Annex D) within 10 working days after the scheduled inspection.
