PRE-INSPECTION (PART 2)

1. PRB sends the Notice of Inspection and Monitoring (Annex B) with ticked mark items by the PRB to the email address of the establishment/HEI, 30 working days before the scheduled inspection.

2. Establishment/HEI will receive the NIM and a link through their email which they need to acknowledge/confirm the scheduled date of inspection within 3 working days. Otherwise, inspection will automatically be canceled by the system.
