Cancellation

1. PRB/RO chooses from the list of HEIs/Establishments to be canceled and selects the reason 1) fortuitous events, conflict with other official Commission activities, emergencies, serious health concerns, and other similar grounds 2) Others. A remarks box must be filled out for specific reasons.

2. The system shall allow the cancellation if 1 is selected, which must be at least seven (7) days before the day of inspection. If 2 is selected, at least one (1) month prior to the scheduled date of inspection.
